All electrical work labour (generally we would include the lighting and extractor fan)
All plumbing consumables (e.g. pipe and fittings)
Plastering (labour and materials)
Backing board for the floors before tiling
White paint for the ceiling (colour for the walls you supply)
Tile adhesive + grout
Silicon
